How much does this cost?

• Nothing for referrals.  ProActive does not accept any form of compensation from our Exclusive Referral Partners to participate in our customer referral program. 
• No ongoing or renewal fees.
• Free - Do It Yourself Listing Option 
  • Only available to businesses that are the first business to sign up in their respective category
  • Limited to one city listing
  • Free listings will not be promoted in our promotional campaign which consist of both on-line and paper advertising.

We can create a web page for your business:

• Setup charge (one-time charge with sponsor ads):
  1. Online Submission (see Special 50% Off offer below)
     • $100 - One City Listing + $40/Additional City
     • $500 - County/Every City Listing + $200/Additional County
     • $5,000 - State Listing + $2,000/Additional State
     •  National Listing - Negotiable
  2. $50/hour - In-Office Visit (Minimum charge is $50)
  3. $200 - Complete Assistance with Express Listing  
     • We come to your business
     • Includes free city listing

  ProActive Frugal Shopper's advertising campaign consist of both online and paper advertising and will only promote web pages that have been created by us.

  Guaranteed lock:

  The greater of:

  • 3-months for $50+ in paid fees or minimum page views
  • 6-months for $500+ in paid fees or minimum page views
  • 1-year for $10,000+ in paid fees or minimum page views

    Minimum Page Views is determined by dividing the total fees paid by $0.05.

    For example:

    • If the total fees paid equals $50, your referral listing would have a guaranteed lock for at least 1000 page views or a 3-month period whichever is longer.

    The purpose of the Minimum Page View Guarantee is to help our referral partners conceptualize the value of our program.  Each paged viewed by a prospective customer is similar to the customer looking at a flyer or mailer (Example).  

• Web page listings without Google ads (Ongoing fee in addition to set up costs):
  1. Per city:  $10/month or $100/year
  2. Per county:  $100/month or $1,000/year
  3. Per state: $1,000/month or $10,000/year
  4. National Listing - Negotiable
  5. Guaranteed lock: Monthly or Annually (no minimum page views)

• Replacing a current Exclusive Referral Partner - If your business can offer a better value than the business than a currently listed business, a $150 non-refundable review fee will apply.
• Potential delay fee.  In order to complete the setup process, you are required to approve your web page within a reasonable time.  This requires a few minutes on your part.  If you do not provide your information in a timely manner, your web page will become inactive.  Once your page becomes inactive, a $50 reactivation fee will apply.

• Once you have approved your web page, any future changes will be billed at a rate of $20/hour based on half-hour increments.

• The referral web page created by ProActive for your business is semi-custom based on a standard format.  If you would like a custom web page designed, additional fees may apply.

Unique Referral Concept:

• By reducing your companies marginal cost per client acquisition without compromising profit margins, ProActive creates a cost advantage for our exclusive partners that can be passed on to our visitors in the form of savings.

• Our creative concept fuses the Yellow Pages with eBay.  Our exclusive partners are given a web page in our online referral directory similar to the Yellow pages.  However, unlike the Yellow pages, it is a "free" referral program, allows for more information to be displayed, such as interactive links, emails, photos, but most importantly, it  is “exclusive.”  This means no other business in the same geographical location can offer the same product or service.  In order to maintain our exclusive partnership status, your company must offer our visitors the best value.  Similar to eBay's concept, new business referrals are given to the businesses that provides our visitors with the best value.

How can ProActive offer such a cost-effective program?

• Google sponsored adds subsidize your cost.
• Non-competing affiliate partner's banners subsidize your cost.
• We are not profit motivated.  All profits are given to charity or charitable organizations.
• We are not in the business of referrals or advertising.

How does your business become an Exclusive Referral Partner?

1. Check our on-line referral directory to see if your competition is already one of our Exclusive Referral Partners.
2. If you are the first business to offer your product or service in your geographical location, click here to sign up as our Exclusive Referral Partner. 
3. If your competition has already established an exclusive relationship with ProActive in your geographical location, you must compete by offering a better value to our members after their guaranteed lock has expired.  

(ProActive Financial Planning reserves the right to deny any request to participate in our Exclusive Referral Program for any reason).

Special Request

In order to increase referrals, ProActive needs to increase our website traffic.  In order to increase our traffic, we need to expand our network of exclusive referral partners that are willing to pass on the cost savings from our referral program to our visitors.  If you know of other businesses that could benefit from or Exclusive Referral Partnership program, please forward this URL (http://www.open-ira.com/ERP.htm).  ProActive pays referral fees to consumers or business that can be identified as a referral source.
